Being a parent or another adult around a child is an important and sometimes tough assignment. Everyday life holds both joy and challenges.

The municipality offers parent meetings where we share each other's experiences and take part in current research. Groups are aimed at both parents with young children and parents of teenagers. All parenting courses are free of charge.

• Secure Parents — for worried parents of children aged 10–18 with a foreign background
• Parenting in Sweden — for foreign-born parents navigating Swedish society
• STRATEGI (ages 4–12 and 13–17) — knowledge about ADHD/ADD and its impact on the family
• Komet (ages 3–11 and 12–18) — communication, conflict resolution, and family relationships
• ABC (ages 0–2, 3–12, and 13–18) — family life, relationships, and children's development
• Mamma United — empowerment program for women
• Open Preschool (ages 0–6) — activities and meeting place
• Baby Massage — contact and communication between parent and child
