Open Care Direct offers advice and support regarding relationships, worry, and family conflicts. You can remain anonymous and conversations are confidential.

Open Care Direct can help you with relationship difficulties within the family, conflicts where you need support, challenges in parenting, mental health issues when family members are struggling, concerns about alcohol, gambling, or drug use, as well as anger, aggression, or behavioral problems.

The service offers supportive conversations to explore new perspectives and solutions. All services are voluntary and free of charge. If you want to book an appointment, you should be offered one within 2 weeks at most.

The staff are trained and experienced in family challenges. If Open Care Direct cannot help you directly, you will be referred elsewhere.
