You can contact the Reception Unit if you want to apply for support or file a concern report for yourself, your family, or someone else in your surroundings.

The Reception Unit accepts applications for support and concern reports regarding children who are not doing well or are being harmed, family conflicts, alcohol and drug problems in children or adults, domestic violence, and requests for parenting support and guidance.

Do you need help and support? An initial assessment is made by phone in family social matters. You can remain anonymous. The Reception Unit will help redirect your case if they cannot handle it.

Concern that someone is being harmed

If you feel worried and suspect that someone in your surroundings is being harmed, a child or an adult, you should tell social services' Reception Unit. This is called filing a concern report. You can report concern both for a child or young person and for an adult with substance abuse through the municipality's e-services.
